     From gang members to corporate executives, Jim Watson has dedicated his life to helping people transform their lives through the power of Christ. He founded inner-city missions in gang-infested neighborhoods, revitalized struggling missions on the verge of bankruptcy, started soup kitchens that have served over 50 million hot meals, and created Christ-centered programs to help countless men and women break free from addiction and destructive habits.

     Through the missions he established, Jim mobilized thousands of volunteers, managed organizations with multiple staff, implemented programs targeting impoverished communities, devoted significant time to developing indigenous leaders, and partnered with corporations and foundations to make a positive impact on the lives of the underprivileged. Additionally, he has successfully managed multiple budgets worth millions of dollars.

     He also designed and led leadership programs that have greatly benefited thousands of individuals. As an advisor and coach, he has guided business leaders and hundreds of people in pursuing personal and professional growth.

     Jim has pastored four churches, preached in over 500 churches, conducted more than 7,000 Bible studies, delivered evangelistic messages in parks and on street corners, and developed and led discipleship programs that have transformed the lives of hundreds of new believers.

     Jim Watson excels at raising funds for establishing and running nonprofits. He is skilled at working with CEOs of major corporations and securing support from wealthy donors. His expertise includes donor acquisition, cultivation, monthly appeals, banquets, and special events.
